Terms for S-Corp Tax Intelligence
By connecting your QuickBooks Online account to the "S-Corp Tax Intelligence" App (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA).
Smart Home Repair, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business tax preparation purposes.
IMPORTANT: This App is a data visualization and calculation tool designed to assist in tax preparation. It is NOT a substitute for professional tax advice. Smart Home Repair, LLC is not an accounting firm or a licensed tax professional. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your tax returns and should have all outputs reviewed by a qualified CPA or tax attorney before filing with the IRS or state authorities.
The Service relies on data provided by you through QuickBooks Online. We are not responsible for errors in tax calculations resulting from incorrect bookkeeping, unrecorded transactions, or misclassified accounts in your QuickBooks file.
You may terminate this license at any time by disconnecting the App from your QuickBooks Online account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect misuse or violation of these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Home Repair, LLC shall not be liable for any penalties, interest, or additional taxes assessed by any government agency, nor for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
