App Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Smart Home Repair, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information through our "S-Corp Tax Intelligence" application (the "App") when integrated with Intuit QuickBooks Online.

2. Information We Collect from QuickBooks

When you connect the App to your QuickBooks Online company, we collect the following data via the Intuit API:

• Company Information: Legal name, address, and fiscal year settings.
• Accounting Data: Chart of Accounts, Profit and Loss reports, and transaction summaries.
• Shareholder Information: List of shareholders and ownership percentages (if tracked in your QuickBooks).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data retrieved from QuickBooks exclusively to:

• Map your bookkeeping accounts to IRS Form 1120-S line items.
• Calculate shareholder distributions and K-1 allocations.
• Perform M-1 book-to-tax reconciliations.
• Generate tax readiness reports and audit alerts.

We do NOT use your financial data for marketing or profiling, and we do NOT sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your QuickBooks data is processed in real-time. We store OAuth tokens securely to maintain your connection. Any cached financial data is encrypted and stored only as long as necessary to provide the App's services.

5. Data Sharing

We only share your information with:

• Intuit: We communicate with Intuit APIs to sync your data.
• Your Accountant: Only if you explicitly export and share a report with them through the App's export features.

6. Your Control

You may disconnect the App from your QuickBooks Online company at any time via the Intuit App Center or the App's settings menu. Disconnecting the App will stop all future data collection and we will purge your stored financial data from our active systems.
