1. Service Offerings & Scope

Smart Home Repair provides general repair, remodeling (such as deck building and subfloor rot repairs), and smart home device installation services in Athens, Georgia, and surrounding areas. The scope of work for any project will be outlined in a written estimate or service agreement provided before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

Payments for services rendered are due upon completion of the work unless alternative payment plans are formally agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and digital payments as indicated on our invoices.

3. Warranties & Guarantees

We take pride in our craftsmanship. All home repair and deck building installations performed by Smart Home Repair come with a one-year labor warranty. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, or third-party modifications to the installed structures or devices.

4. Limitation of Liability

Smart Home Repair is locally owned and faith-driven. However, we are not liable for pre-existing electrical, plumbing, or structural deficiencies in your home that are discovered during the course of our work. For smart home devices, we are not responsible for software bugs, network outages, or hardware failures inherent to the manufacturer's product.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date.
